Returns & Refunds

This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to refund eligibility and product/service returns at Indian Super Bike League ("ISBL"). All users are advised to read this policy before initiating any registration or payment.
 

1. General Principle

ISBL operates on a strict no-refund and no-return policy for all transactions related to:

• Rider registration fees

• Event access passes

• Merchandise (unless defective)

• Digital content or media

Once a transaction is completed, it is considered final and binding.

2. Non-Refundable Services

No refund shall be issued for:

• Registration cancellations initiated by riders

• Rejections from team rosters or league participation

• Disqualification due to rule violations or non-compliance

• Failure to attend an event post-registration

3. Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances

While refunds are generally not entertained, in the event of:

• Duplicate payments made due to technical errors

• Accidental overcharges due to payment gateway glitches

The participant must report such issues within 7 days of transaction by emailing information@indiansuperbikeleague.com with payment proof. Refunds in such cases are processed within 21 business days, subject to verification.

4. Merchandise Returns

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged merchandise delivered through official ISBL channels:

• Notification must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Return shipping charges will be borne by the buyer unless the product was damaged during delivery.

Replacements or credit notes may be issued in place of refunds.

5. No Refunds for Digital Goods

Digital products such as e-tickets, downloadable content, digital passes, or training modules are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

6. Chargebacks and Legal Rights

Unjustified chargebacks initiated through banks or payment gateways will be contested and may result in legal action or disqualification from ISBL events. Users are expected to follow the internal grievance redressal mechanism before escalating disputes externally.

8. Governing Law

This Returns and Refunds Policy is governed by Indian law. Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
